Delivery:
Orders are delivered within 1–5 working days.

FOR THE BAZAAR:
Exchanges and refunds are available during the bazaar days only.
After the bazaar ends, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

FOR THE DELIVERY:
Returns or exchanges are allowed only at the time of delivery, while the courier is still with you.

Please check the size, fit, and condition on the spot. If it’s not suitable, kindly return it immediately to the courier — only the delivery fees will be charged.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered final.
Due to hygiene standards, no returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery is completed.

يرجى التأكد من المقاس والحالة فور الاستلام. في حال عدم المناسبة، يُرجى تسليم القطعة للمندوب فورًا — ويتم احتساب رسوم التوصيل فقط

بمجرد مغادرة المندوب، يُعتبر الطلب نهائيًا
ونظرًا لمعايير النظافة، لا يمكن قبول أي استرجاع أو استبدا بعد إتمام عملية التوصيل
